Do you have a requirement to store large format drawings, plans, maps or architectural drawings for a long period of time?
At Complete Scanning we refer to large format scanning if a documents size is larger than A3. We do this because production scanners that scan up to speeds of 200 pages a minute only scan up to A3 in size. Anything larger including A2, A1, A0 and A0+ need to be scanned on a different more specialised top of the range scanner.
We have invested in the latest Context Large Format Scanners that produce excellent image quality in whatever format you desire e.g. DWG, PDF, PNG, TIF etc.
Whether it’s a single plan or an archive full of drawings our team are here to help, call us now on 0333 043 5483.

Our team of specialists are on hand to help you every step of the process:
Enhanced quality. The high quality scanners we use are able to pick up feint lines and clear up areas of poor quality on documents, ensuring an exceptionally sharp digital image – great news if you’re sending the file on to one of your clients.
Saved space. Drawing cabinets are large and take up a lot of office space that could be better utilised for more productive activities.
Protection from damage. Does your company back up all its servers and electronic data? Now you can have a backup of your important paper documents too. Converting your large format documents to digital files means that you will always have a back-up of your hard copies, whether you choose to discard the paper version or not.
